I saw this the other day. http://www.hardlinecrawlers.com/forums/index.php?topic=23189.0 In the flyer that is posted, It looks like the place is very rocky, but the only videos that I can find on Youtube are Rail buggys doing hill climbs. Has anyone ever been there or know anything about it?

Not been there but from what I saw on a flyer was that it was pretty small. I am thinking 1-200 acres. Like you I found tube buggies hitting the rev limiter.

That's exactly what i was thinking. I just wish I could find some more videos or Pictures of the type of rigs in the flyer actually riding there. I may just call the phone number and listed and ask some questions. Even if its a total bust its only about an hour from me, and its free. I would only be out the cost of gas.

Hi all,

I have not been there yet. Although I live in the Somerset area. Piney Groove has a Facebook page. They are having a birthday bash March 23rd with a bounty hill challenge. Reward is $1,000 and is only for buggies at this time and you must wear a helmet.

Piney Groove Offroad Park is located out HWY 192.
They have a 50 acre playground area. To get to the trails, you have to go up a steep hill climb. There is NO CHARGE to go to this offroad park. From what I have seen, most people go out on Saturday.

All this information is what I have read from their Facebook page.

My opinion, the 50 acre playground area would be plenty enough to ride around on. Honestly the fun and entertainment would be watching the buggies. As we all know, they can get pretty crazy.

When I get the time and gas money, I will go check it out.

Correction, bounty trails are for 4x4 rigs only and you must wear a helmet.
This photo has all the info.

The Facebook page is

PINEY GROVE OFFROAD PARK, SOMERSET KY

When searching for it, type that exactly with caps and it should pop up on Facebook. They have to approve your request though.

If you decide to go let me know. I have a few things to do in the morning, but if I can convince Shelby to go and let me ride with him I may head down there for the afternoon.
